Holyfield wasn't the champion when they fought, neither were Peter.

Rahman was the paper champ when they first fought and Toney couldn't even beat him.

 

If would be nice to have ANY heavyweight champ, but there hasn't been one for half a decade now, and there probably won't be one at all until one of the Klitschkos retires.
