Someone want to explain to me just how Kostya Tszyu would've beaten DLH?

But still..I'm surprised this hasnt been demanded by the boxing media and fans over there...what's more puzzling is the fact that AA hasn't demanded this fight:think And while it's easy to pick AA for the KO. Sturm may have a chance to box to a decision right?

I agree with that. I'd love to see how that fight played out. Watching KT is always exciting b/c any second he could end a fight. Definitley one of the best the 140 division has ever produced.

He certainly FOUGHT better comp than Tsyzu, but to have "the best resume in boxing history" you need to actually win some of those big fights.

ODLH's most impressive win against an actual prime fighter was probably Ike Quartey.

Every other time he stepped up against the top guys, he lost: Trinidad, Mosley twice, Hopkins, and Mayweather.

Tszyu had trouble with pressuring sluggers, not size and speed

    Good post, well said :good

The OP is wrong in his statement that KT was troubled by size and speed, it was in fact pressure and sluggers that KT was troubled by, someone who could stick to his chest all fight and smother his punches and wear him down.

The OP keeps quoting the Judah fight as evidence of speed troubling Tszyu - one round of a speedy southpaw landing one uppercut and that's his evidence

The Point is DLH fought all of those guys and he probably didn't have to, his only genuine losses were to Mosley fight 1, Hopkins and Mayweather. His resume is second to none of current fighters and it's certainly up there with the best resumes of all time.
Win or lose he has fought the best, only Tszyu is missing and i wonder why?

Physically, Tszyu is stronger, but Oscar clear has more pop to his punches. The styles favor ODLH, and I can't see losing this fight unless he gets very careless.

Oscar is too big and boxed too well back then.

Oscar was overrated at 154 and would always have lost to Mosley, Winky or Bhop but at 140-147 he was much to big for Kostya.

Kostya did have to drop a lot of weight to get down to 140 but he was still a small guy, he would be in trouble against DLH who has great boxing skills, speed, a good chin and enough power to stop Kostya after he has landed enough.
