Given Vasquez' style its not just Rafa, there are alot of fighters that would give him a brutal war. Including Juanma, PDL, and Caballero at 122.

Raf 7 Vasquez should stop wasting fights amongst each other. Nothing to prove and wont enhance legacy anymore. They should clear out 122.

lol okay i got excited, but i dont think lopez is ready yet for vasquez, he needs a phew more fights
that experiance against the top guys is priceless

 

I don't see the point in this fight legacy wise for either man.

For me, Marquez is the better pound for pound fighter in his overall career than Vazquez but the reason he is 2-1 down in their trilogy is because Vasquez is naturally slightly bigger than him as i believe Vasquez is quite a big super bantam. I know Marquez has only fought Vasquez at SB and Vasquez is tough but Marquez's power doesn't appear as impressive at SB as it was at bantamweight. He is the better boxer and looked good when he was actually boxing Vasquez and not brawling but he isn't strong enough at SB to box Vasquez for 12 rounds.

These two need to fight Juanma or the winner of Caballero-Molitor to add to their legacy's. They may have actually declined as fighters due to their brutal trilogy so if they fight again they could be completely shot by the time they step into the ring with someone else.

I say fight the other top guys in 122 and if they win have the 4th fight then.
