that most of them are/were sprinters,

shane mosley, winky wright, paulie malignaggi, luis collazo, kostya tszyu, jeff lacy, kermit cintron and paul williams

-are some that i noticed which had sprinters as their strength and conditioning coaches.

What ever you fancy doing, you could do 200m sprints, followed by a 200m jog. Or 200m sprints, with 1min recovery.

I think when Holyfield was moving up, and even at Heavyweight, Lee Haney played a big role in his camp. Manny Steward actually thinks very highly of Haney.

ofcourse alot of them are/were power lifters aswell such as manny pacquaio's old strength and conditioning coach justine fortune who was also a boxer, ricky hattons guy looks pretty good but most guys have sprinters as their coach.

Duane Ladajo is still working with Haye. He worked with him on the Bonin fight.

Duane is still in great shape.

    Mr. Kool,

I know what your saying but the fact is that if a boxer is in the condition he should be then boxing is not anaerobic...it is actually using the beta oxidation systen of energy demand and recovery and some lactate system as the fighters get into it.

If it were primarily anaerobic a fighter would simply shut down and stop firing withion seconds.

I'm a strength and conditioning trainer and have trained both boxers and mma fighters as well as most athletes.

I didn't read the rest of your post yet so I won't go on.
