He worked with him as well, particularly before the Tyson fight. But when he was moving up to heavyweight, it was Lee Haney who helped him do it; I assume they're friends as both are from Atlanta and are born again Christian.

Actually, Lee Haney ONLY implemented DR. Fred Hatfields training program for Evander because they were not in the same state. Dr Fred is a world holder in powerlifting and a brilliant man. His seminar is the best I've ever been to regarding strength and conditioning.

Yes, I Know Hatfield is a great strength and conditioning coach, I read the program he had for Holy and would implement it if I had the chance. But I do believe he worked with Lee Haney on a mass building weight lifting plan when he moved up; or so I was always told.

i would just run...a lot of fights, especially at our levels, can be won just because u have better stamina than ur opponent

Boxing is like middle distance running... a mixture of anaerobic and aerobic endurance... you gotta work both... PERIOD.

Maybe that in itself was a demonstration!

I saw clips of him and Haye running in the mountains.

Boxing is 50-50 when it comes to anaerobic and aerobic.

Haye has switched up his training alot. You have two Hayes, pre and post Carl Thompson.

Watch the Sky Broadcast and you will see him running in the mountains with Duane. You will also see him doing LOTS of S&C.
