If he looks past it, Golovkin would take the fight, as Golovkin has been avoiding a prime Canelo like the plague.

He won't. Not that it would matter if he did, even a Canelo at 40% soundly beats Gallop Cant.

Typical lack of objectivity from you as always. This is a post about Canelo yet you bring it to Lil G. Let me let you into a secret. Lil G is done. Finito finished.

His special vitamins will keep him ticking over nicely. At least 3-4 years before he starts slowing down.

First of all he hasn't been in too many wars , so his clock should tick quite well until he's 34 at the very least.

But if it happens he'll still beat Plant and defend the title against carefully picked opponents for a year or so then retire, the weight jumping will be immediately put to a halt.

Cinnamon doesn't have it in him to stomach a fair loss .

Let me let you into a secret: no one normal boxer cares what stuff nerds are posting in forums. :D
99,999% posters like you posting " Lil G" never will have $ GGG does have.
Pro boxing is to earn money and posts from ppl like you does not brings then any bare cent. :p

I value GGG higher than Canelo and last thing I worry about them are their fights records and belts.
Get this, I value even Mosley higher than Canelo and I always will value Mosley higher than Canelo.

You should cope with reality: Canelo does not likes me and I will not watch his fight vs Plant, Bet, Bivol or anyone else.
You think that your Clanelo is so hated and so interesting?
Boring boxer and nobody for me.
You of course think that "ohh, he hates Canelo and will pay to watch his fights with hope to see him get beated up".
    Nope. :ibutt

If you're not interested in his boxing or career, then why do you talk about him so often and respond in all of his topics? You talk about him every day and write essays telling us how much you don't care about him. That's weird for you to talk about a fighter so much who you claim you don't care or pay attention to.

Canelo has more cash than you and Lik G and can buy both of you many times over. I don’t like Lil G either. Having managed boxers I don’t need a tutorial from you about what professional boxing is about in your barely literate written English. The reality Canelo is Ring Daddy to Lil G. Canelo does not care about you but we all know you pay to watch his fights.

It's certainly something that can come up within the next couple of years, depending on schedule and opponents for sure. And unfortunately. whenit happens, we'll have people saying it's an excuse (If he loses).

But ultimately, I look at the fight leading up to, and after, to see if it's a one-off night, or the beginning of the end. Others won't afford that notion.

Young and, to his credit, a year-round gym-rat like Mayweather was; doesn't really party or balloon in between fights like a Hatton; hasn't been in too many pier six brawls to accumulate damage or accelerate decline; has access to all the best conditioning and nutrition professionals available due to his golden-goose status...as well as, you know, whatever else (ie beef). I really doubt we see cracks in the armor (significant ones, beyond a tiny fissure here and there) until he's pushing 40, tbh.
