:twisted::twisted::twisted::twisted:So I'm going for my run today, right before I wanted to start my new regiment of body weight only that I made for myself, and I'm running along and there is a family walking coming my direction so I step out of the way continuing my run and I step on the side of the curb and my foot slips off and lands on its side and now my foot is all ****ed up. Its starting to get black and blue so if it gets worse I may consider going to a doctor. Hope this doesn't sideline me too long I can hardly bend my toes and can't walk on the damn thing.

Dont mean to be off topic El Puma but do you have that article or link to, how we can train our bodies to harden itself ?

It was about diet and involved examples of a predator at night/hunting at night/armys etc....was regarding diet i think.

Basically how in the olden days, they fought on empty stomachs and replenished at night.

One conclusion was, be it you or what you linked that.... Multi vits etc dont have to be consumed with food, let it course through the body itself..........i think.

This current thread had me thinking of this immediately.

    Thanks
