Recently read an article about Mike Tyson. I read his training regiment rarely consisted of using weights. For his muscles he conditioned them for endurance. He would do 10 circuits of 200 situps, 25-40 dips, 50 pushups, 25-40 dips, and 50 shrugs with 65 lb weights. Thats 2000 situps 500 dips 500 pushups and 500 shrugs. Also he commented on his opponent Frank Bruno, saying that he trained like a bodybuilder. He followed up by stating that punching has little to do with bodybuilding, and we all know what happened to ole Bruno. Tyson was jacked but Bruno made Schwarzeneggar **** his pants. Goes to show, speed kills, now do those pushups.
