Mosley said that Nazim took the pad from Margaritos dressing room and brought it into theirs and had shanes Dr look at it, this was during this interview on FNFs which is exactly why I am saying you cant really say Tony did anything Mosley said that his trainer took possesion of the pad, he could have easily framed Margarito for all we know.

yeah Im just as surprised to hear mosley say he saw the pads, and they were brought to his dressing room, I can't see margarito camp allowing something so controversial leaving their site, when it was reported that Margarito camp objected to Ricardson wanting to keep pads , that when the Athletic commission stepped in and boxed the pad as evidence.. so that part I admit is confusing ..
