    Well if you find a gun on someone and they were going to kill someone with it they are charged with conspiracy to commit murder and that holds a penalty of more than 10 years so that is kind of hefty.

    Cos the ****in guy got caught doing it in another fight. That's why.

    The idea that Margarito tried this in a fight in which he was a huge favourite and tanling with an older fighter but DIDN'T do it in fights where he wasn't favourite isn't something I can conjure with, frankly.

    And guess what, he got these handwraps taken off before he hits the ring and losses big.

    That's why.

    If Margarito decided to cheat, why would he decide to cheat after he beat Cotto, Cintron, and Clottey without any help? Why against Mosley who while pretty good was seen as an underdog next to Margarito? Again theres no proof but common sense man..

    cheating is cheating bro...and imo, vargas's case was worst cause he was on roids when he fought, when margo fought mosley he didn't have any advantages......i mean, it sounds ****ed up but its true bro

    there is no real way to tell if he did use it in the cotto fight.my thing is this if he did it once he did it twice.i find it very hard to believe that it was the 1st time he had ever done that.you get caught by the cops with a blunt in the car and you tell them it was my 1st time they will look and laugh.margo just got caught but theres no telling how long he has been doing that.

    you can bet ur house it was not his first time.that i know, how many i dont know, but i know it was not his 1st time.and its more then likely that he used it in the cotto fight then not !

    Mosleys a cheat himself, so he shouldn't be for or against in this case, he's just as much a criminal as Margarito is.
