When Im not at the gym, just at home training I just use songs as my rounds,anywhere from 3-5 minutes, make sure I dont have any songs under under 3 in my playlist.. This is good as long as you maintain a good pace aad dont let yourself settle for longer rounds right?..Rest time I usually jst wait 30 seconds into the next song than start(again, never any less than 3 minutes left in the song).
Thats a good idea, i was thinking about alarm on my phone but then id have to take the gloves off to sort it on and then put them back on and so forth in between rounds. I'll deffinetly use songs now tho. Cheers:good
i do that regardless of the song length. my songs probably range from around 3 minutes to 10+ minutes. those long ones suck but it makes for a great gut check
