I actually love his interviews. Guys... we can't go too crazy about the man being busted for PEDs... 90% of the people you see fighting at the top level are on them. It's part of the game. This is why you usually don't see too many fighters come out and bash guys who were busted for using steroids.

Joe Rogan also believes the pyramids were built by a race of geniouses that one day all died for no reason and the stone workers took the credit for it, he also believes the way to create peace in Iraq is to bambard the cities with ghanja smoke. Chael Sonnen will never be a superstar, he'll be lucky to ever hold a belt IMO let, he doesn't have the charisma to be popular he just tries to get noticed by saying dumb ****. I'm far from easily offended, I didn't even take great offence to the Lance Armstrong comments (no matter how hipricritical of him) but to say Anderson begged for mercy is a bit rich for the dude who just got tapped out.

Chael's talked so much **** that he's split his personality. I don't think the Chael we see is the Chael his friends and family see.

Ya, Joe needs to tone down his weed intake. He seems baked most of the time in recent months but he does know comedy and the world of entertainment. Also, Anderson whipped Chael eventually and he never begged for anything. I have Anderson top pound for pound. I do admire Chael for somehow stopping that buzzsaw attack and getting his licks in against a far superior athlete. I thought Sonnen would be blitzed in the first round with accurate punches and knees to the head but he did real well. Frankly, I don't think the steroids had much effect as he dominated early on with much improved striking. He probably used PED's to hasten his recovery from injuries so he could meet the fight deadline. It's cheating and he needs to be punished but he didn't seem any stronger than usual. Actually, it seems his striking is what seemed to be much improved and his ability to avoid many of Silva's powerful punches.
