Sonny Liston, 1959 vs Ron Lyle, 1975, 15 Rounds. Could Big Ron walk all over Sonny, and knock him down? Would Liston turn this bout into a Corrections Yard Street Fight?

Lyle might turn it into a Correction Yard Street Fight. This is as brutal as it gets btwn two monster punchers. Whoever gets who first. But I have to go against the grain and say Lyle.

Liston had an even better jab than Foreman's, and was a better overall boxer. Lyle might have landed some very significant shots, but ultimately run through, pole-axed, and out in 9 at the outside.

It's another version of Liston/Williams, except Lyle lasts a few rounds longer. Liston is the better boxer and stops Lyle after jabbing his head off for 6 or 7 rounds.
