Those are all valid reasons/excuses but collectively it still shows Quarry had great success against the slugger type. He also fought a lot of peak/prime contenders, regardless of outcome I think Jerry would be a tough out. Only Ali whose style was a nightmare for Jerry made easy work of him.

when I mean KO, I mean no one would floor Quarry for the count. I completely agree. If Liston, Foreman, or Tyson (and plenty of others like you say) met Quarry, they could stop him fast. Afterall, he was stopped five times in his career. Quarry was just too tough to take a ten-count.
