A question to Boxing Fan2002---I get the sneaking suspicion you're not particularly a fan of Sonny Liston (LMAO!!) Why, pray tell??

NOTE: All the sources the OP cites actually participated in this sport in one form or another for DECADES and forgot more about boxing in a day than you and I combined will ever know in several lifetimes! Their testimonies universally align--so I'm curious as to why you're so contrarian regarding Liston??

 

Ali said that based on what Wepner and other said about Liston but after Foreman fight Ali said that Foreman is the strongest and that Shavers hit hardest.
Ali changed his opinion about Foreman and Liston comparing punches after he fought Foreman.

Also Foreman used custom huge heavybags and bigger gloves than Liston, also knocked bigger and better men.

Liston isn't harder puncher than Foreman based on what Ali said, Dic Saddler and based on record too with higher KO ratio against better and bigger men.
Case closed.

 

I genuinely don't understand why a guy who hates Liston, always comes out of the woodwork whenever a thread remotely involving Liston pops up.

How much time does this guy have on his hands?
