    Yes he did for two rounds? X2 I don’t think that’s the equal of the line up of punchers + the more skilled fighters Louis fought.

    I would say Louis is more proven against punchers and ironically, his punching power is more proven against super heavyweight sized top contenders.

    Liston was one way and one way only and that's a jab jab followed with a sledge hammer. Louis is adaptable with a full tool box. Louis has full adaptability. I would say If Liston has not done enough damage by the 4th he would be in serious trouble.

    I can’t decide. While I’m inclined to favoring Louis it’s a huge caveat. Louis ranks a lot higher all time but a prime and hungry Sonny Liston is dangerous for anyone.
