I have Ali Louis and Lewis over him. Holmes I don't have as high since he fought the same level of competition as Wlad but was way less dominate, had few close decisions, and then lost to light heavyweight.

This, size base, metric. Well, buddy, since when to larger bones become harder to break? Truth is there isn't much on it, it's mostly Nazi science because, you know, would be inhumane to figure out stuff like skull fracture rates, but it is pretty easy to find and foundational for understanding head trauma. Statistically speaking its much harder to knock out heavier fighters then lighter ones so I would say based on that the fighter that is constantly knocking out heavier opponents hits harder then one that is knocking out lighter ones
