    That's one of the reasons I respect Machen so much and consider this fight to have been a "moral victory"...there was a certain "badassedness" to Machen's approach and performance in this fight. Sure he didn't win, but what was he supposed to do..get himself mugged and ko'ed by Liston?:bbb

    Or 'you may get the decision, but you lost the war'

    It did cement Eddie Machen as the rightful #2 ranked Heavyweight.
