    The best heavy weight version of Michael Moorer vs the best of Sonny Liston? Could Moorer's south paw style throw off a Liston who was used to fighting orthodox fighters. Keep in mind, Moorer was a heavy puncher at heavy weight although not as devastating as he was at light heavy. Or would Liston take out Moorer fairly easy?

    It'd be a miracle if Moorer saw the 4th.

    Moorer would do significantly better than who many would argue was Sonny Liston's best win, Cleveland Williams. Moorer was a lot more ferocious than anyone Liston fought.

    Liston takes him apart pretty damm quick imo. This is a very bad match for Moorer he ain't out boxing sonny and he sure as hell ain't gunna win toe to toe. Liston inside of 2 rounds.

    This might be true. Until today, I´m not sure what shall proof Liston was that of a beast.

    Moorer would lose but I don't see it being a total blast out. MM would come to fight and get his licks in .But I see the strength of Liston over powering moorer probably around the 7th .

    Liston would stop him in 3, but Moorer would punch back and Sonny would know he that he was taken to war after the fact.

    Depends on how bissed off Liston is pre-fight. Liston's 80+ inch wingspan related jab, would reach Moorer, ..southpaw or not.

    Moorer does his best, but goes out in 8 rounds.
