Leotis had a good wallop Goo. He actually came in at #68 in The Ring article judging the top 100 punchers in history. He was ahead of the likes of Holyfield and Ruddock. Bowe didn't make the cut. Now that's not the be all and end all i know but it tells us his power was better than little. Some considered his right hand the best in the division in the late 60's.
I can call him a bigger hitter and have .. go far with that Bowe hits harder than Lewis .. sheesh .. people here these days ..
You're wrong because the facts say so and you don't know them .. try naming the top five punchers Bowe fought as a pro.
Because you can't choose to use that argument in any and everyday imaginable opposed to using overwhelming logic and sentiment ? Come on man.
All common opponents between the three picked Old Foreman's power above Lennox and Bowe. On the other hand, all common opponents thought Liston hit harder than Foreman. Wonder what Kamikaze/Journeyman makes of that?
I doubt that surprises you and me, Swag. But really interesting about those guys talking about Liston hitting harder. Wasn't aware of that, shocked.
