We also have to take into account that pac is/was never part of the negotiating team. Arum negotiates for pac. Arum does what he can to protect his fighter and I admire floyd for taking the initiative in cleaning up the sport BUT,

pbf should have said in public stating that negotiations was made and made it clear that he doesn't want the 7 days cutoff. That would have taken at least some action from Team Pac to compromise.

Instead, he says there were no negotiations and he's on vacation.

emmanuel ran off to fight Joshua Clottey. THAT IS killing the negotiation.

Yes and no. Pac made it clear many times that he only fights, not negotiate. It's Arum's job to find an opponent for pac.

He knows his job as a fighter and he knows Arum's job as a promoter. Pac's not stupid.

Arum brought over a contract to Manila (Dec. 4) that had been verbally agreed to with Floyds reps. Pac signed on (Dec. 8 )to the contract. Dec. 12, Floyd camp wanted to add in the OSDT to the contract.

You are damned right he "switched it up"! Things changed! He wanted "0" in the first damned place and gave Manny the benefit of momentum by even allowing 14. Pac's Clottey fight BOMBED and Mosley did full drug testing and ended up with an 18 day cut off! When he suggested USADA testing he didn't know what it was all about. "Knowing" changes EVERYTHING.

The fact that Pac wanted a 7 day cut off removes the USADA from testing. The fight is dead in the water! Keep trying chump!

This is fact. I'm a Pac-man fan and I do not like sdsfinest but even I have to admit he is right on this one.

that argument is fair in that they may have given the interview at different times....

and for Philla see the scene for the source where pac says they'd test up until the day of the fight...it was in an article by Michael Marley where he said he had agreed :good

but i doubt the dates of the interviews are that much different..if u got the info i would like to see it:hat

SO UMMMM..YEA MAN..SOURCE ON THE DATES OF THE INTERVIEWS?

SEE IM MORE THAN FAIR..U PUT UP A DECENT ARGUMENT RIGHT HERE DODONG...I CANT FUK WITH IT IF THE DATES ARE DIFFERENT YOUR RIGHT..I JUST DONT SEE EM BEING THAT MUCH APART...I THINK ITS MORE OF CONFLICTING STORIES FOR WHATEVER REASON...THEY JUST CANT GET THERE STORY RIGHT..

BUT BY ALL MEANS IF U GOT THE DATE OF THE INTERVIEWS BRING EM FORTH:bbb :good

    negative

espn and more to point, dan rafael pointed out that mayweather had made this demand known since day 1

roach is on a dec 13th interview saying that they agreed..it wasnt until around the 21st of dec, when they found out they couldn't find out when tests were stopping and the fact that usada would not, under any circumstances, cut it off before the event

not trying to be a dick dodong but straight up i just proved your point invalid...i can show u videos of team pac and rafael saying floyd made it clear from day 1 he wanted this testing

Yes, it's another development in this story. They made it sound as if they had agreed to the moment of the fight. Now we know otherwise.

EITHER WAY..."ARUM REPRESENTS MANNY" SO IT'S STILL HIS TEAM..U CANT SEPARATE THE TWO MAN...

WHEN ROACH SAYS SOMETHING IT CAN BE USED BECAUSE HE REPRESENTS TEAM PACQUIAO...

Lets say you a customer service representative for the New York Jets...no direct affiliation other than you answer calls for customers who attend New York Jet games..Best believe if you say something to the media or press IT CAN BE USED TO REPRESENT THE IDEAS ETC OF THE NY JETS..

With Arum, Koncz, and Roach you have more like, a team representative, a head coach, and an owner..ANYTHING THEY SAY REPRESENTS PACQUIAO WHEN IT COMES TO NEGOTIATING HIS FIGHTS

So much for *******s continually claiming Dapidran agreed to all of Floyd's demands. We now know Team Dapidran lied again.

Do I think it is an excuse for Floyd? Not saying that, but if I were him and someone had any hesitation about testing the first time, I would in fact force the other guy to take total random testing.

As a fan, I just want them to fight but I understand Floyd's stance on this matter.

Ok, I think that Floyd emphasizing the importance of drug testing is a step forward in the sport, but why the **** now? Why didn't he do this years ago? Why before challenging Pacman? Hell, he didn't start this, it was his dad that started this. This was something started as a convinience to Floyd, but makes people think he actually cares about the well being of other fighters in the sport. ****ing bull****.
