This fight strangely had the same number in attendance as the Clottey fight, 42000.

I think a lot of people were put off by the size of Cowboys Stadium. I saw Cotto-Foreman at Yankees Stadium and it was by far the worst boxing match I'd ever been to and I'll never watch a fight in a massive venue again. Unless you have ringside or expensive seats, the fighters look like ants, so you're watching the television screen 95% of the time and glancing at the actual ring once in awhile just so you can see it "live".

 

How many ppvs do you think they sold?
