Do a google search on "sopcast" and figure it out from there.

The links aren't to websites. First you have to DL the sopcast client. You can find the client at sopcast.com.

i am recording it now on sopcast...but its pausing all the time, quite annoying really...hopefully it will record and playback without all the glitches that it has playing live, i'm too tired to stay up will watch this fight in the morning..struggling to stay awake...its 2.40am here in the uk and i had little sleep last night.

You guys are getting this **** confused... sopcast doesn't work like torrents, where more people = better speed. The more people watching a video means the more strain on the person who's broadcasting the video, which = slower speeds.

The Sopcast steam is really, really, bad. Hope another one comes up before the main event.

yeah this stream blows. the one that switched over to some MMA bull**** (kimbo slice wtf?) wasn't too bad, good picture and it was smooth but the audio was a few seconds behind

If the Sopcast stream is ****ing up for you, try the VLC trick maybe? Open VLC, go to Open Network Stream, select HTTP option, and type in 127.0.0.1:8902 (if not working, try port 8912). You MUST leave Sopcast running; closing Sopcast closes the stream. If the stream gives sound in both VLC and Sopcast, mute the sound on Sopcast, or hit the refresh button so the Sopcast screen goes blank, but the VLC screen stays intact.

Thanks for the info. Hmm....it's nice to be able to size the window however I please in VLC, but the stream is still just as choppy as it was on sopcast player. Has feeding it into VLC ever actually fixed the problem for you?
