Rednecks are ppl who work in the sun, typically on farms or ranches.:think Hillbillys typically sit on a porch somewhere up in Logan County WV chewing a plug and drinking from a ceramic jug. :yep Me.........Im a little bit of both:deal
ah i see! oh well no worries, spence and ramirez were the beasts anywho, not all olympians make good pros.
While on the topic, here's former amateur world champion and Olympic bronze medalist Taras Shelystyuk in his third fight against Brandon Adams (making his debut) getting knocked down. 8:25 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QxsGIr1PUQY no headgear and smaller gloves makes a difference.
The assumption here seems to be hillbillys can't fight, but I don't know if that's warranted. I would think that someone fortified with some moonshine could both take and give punishment quite well. But would this count as a PED?
Billy Hill is massively underrated in boxing history. His trilogy with Bobby Dobbs was legendary. Surely he never beat Dobbs but two draws and losing only once by DQ (dropping Dobbs in that fight), is nothing to be belittled. But being a colored fighter fighting around 1900 has kept him from getting his deserved world fame "Boston's Hill, Billy (Muldoon's Pickanniny) has fought and won the unofficial World "colored" 136lbs Championship, as well as the unofficial World 134lbs Championship (both by KO) but never got the recognition he should have being a colored fighter in a time when strict racial segregation was common in the US. He's also one of the small group of fighters who is recorded to have fought after his death (1-1-1913) because the official death date isn't known. The fight took place at December 1913, against George Robinson. Needless to say he lost that fight" That man is a legend. :deal
