and his father must have problems with his eyes, not seeing that his son's work to AA's body was successful - though, after AA seemed like to have injured the right side of his ripcage, Marquez never tried again to work this spot with punches...just looked like as if he was collecting his paycheck - as a mandatory, this was pretty bad...

Next up for AA: either Sturm or a tune up for Pavlik in February/March '09.

Did you actually believe Marquez had a chance in this fight? He's been getting his ass kicked since I can remember. The earliest one I can remember is Keith Mullings doing a number on his face. Then Campas, and finally Vargas.

Wow, if Marquez gave him a fight before he quit, than I must say AA isn't all that good IMO.

No, but this is a championship fight - so I don't like that fighters just quit b/c they don't see a chance...why even take the fight then?

i dont blame him. he looked like a jr. middle out there. abraham looked like a super middle. he's been done for years. did'nt he call it a career when taylor battered him a couple of years ago? marquez was in there for the money.

Marquez was looking for an exit.

Hope we see Abraham against Sturm early next year then winner takes all vs Pavlick.

    Will never happen though.

saying that sturm is next for abrĂ¡ham is like saying that witter is next for hatton......

you don't give a fighter who has sat on his arse in his hometown his whole career a shot against one who has made a jump to a bigger league.

if abraham fights sturm next it completelyt nullifies the whole point of fighting in the US in the first place....

What are you talking about you dumb ****?

Sturm fought De La Hoya in America after only 20 fights, when he was supposed to be a lamb to the slaughter.

Only he whooped the Golden ones ass and got shafted.

    Wise up.

now i know you're drinking...but i also knew you were an online persona before this.....

oscar gave felix a gift and felix won it in my book.

don't try to big yourself up over the net (which is what you do) if you're not big enough to put that into practice in real life.

    and you don't.

if you're not confident enough to give people their dues when they post well don't be insecure enough to post this crap.

Now what the **** are you talking about?

You don't have a clue, that is your problem. You are criticising that potential fight because Sturm supposedly does not deserve it because he stayed at home. Not only is it not true, but he's fought away from home just as much as Abraham. Learn your ****.

It makes money, it unifies titles, it makes sense.

Only a whiner like you that is obsessed with fighting in America would criticise that.

Stick to boxing instead of talking about what I should or should not be doing in my life.

well i know what you should be doing in your life to build character and you're not doing it.

"you dont have a clue that is your problem"........

so tell me who knows felix sturm outside of germany now?

    nobody.

i know you perfectly and you are drinking tonight. thats why i can judge you like i am doing.

i could judge you a lot harsher and you know it.

you live for this board on the weekends and being petty isn't going to win you rep points simply because you're here all the time.

if you've got a problem with any of my posts tell me why but don't whine with your usual "you dont know what you're talking about ..you dont have a clue...learn your ****" simply because this is all you have on the weekends.

and thats the bottom line, isn't it?

you're an armchair fan who's going to get bitter about a sport you've never tried because you won't take a chance to make something more of yourself when the opportunity arises.

that's the difference between you and me. as much as it pisses you off.

actually you look like an idiot for judging him without offering any sort of reply.

if you disagree tell him why otherwise you're just making yourself look smaller. think before you post.
