No....its not hard to believe what all promoters are capable of.....but the smaller promoters fly under the radar vs the TOP players in the game who have a history like Bob and Golden Boy who have both been investigated by the feds. Golden boy more recently were under investigation....but I font believe all their fights are fixed.

Sometimes conditions matter more than others. I don't think that Pacquiao beats Oscar by submission at 154. Some fights lose all merit and it becomes just a name opponent, i.e. Terry Norris win over SRL.
