    you don't need to rank all these names in one list.
    i split them into categories , so you need only rank each category within itself.
    you can mix / combine some of the categories if you want , but it will make your sort much harder.

    all are considered prime here.

    between them :
    Jeremy Williams
    Herbie Hide
    Michael Bentt

    and then them :
    Elieser Castillo
    Ramon Garbey
    Eliseo Castillo

    and then them :
    Francois Botha
    Tommy Morisson

    and then them :
    Juan Carlos Gomez
    Vassily Jirov
    O'neil Bell

    and then them :
