I see this the bet fight of the night.Soto more experienced but he went to "exile" in Mexico and was missing good fights over here. Lucas has been in 2 controversial loses against big names.

 

I seen those fights & agree Matthysse got the shaft in the brown eye no doubt.

But I still see dude as a brawler who can be out boxed by a fighter with Soto's skills. Only prob is Humberto can't crack an egg above 130.

But I am aware of Lucas.

 

Maybe, Matty looked strong as **** at the weigh in. Soto will go down fighting though :bbb

 

Haterates usually be on point. This is most def one of them.
I am a Soto fan yet want to see what Lucas is brining to the table.

 

Mathysse is easy to outbox... Which has me believe Soto will be on counter punching mode.

To say Mathysse is gonna steam roll a very good fighter in soto who is an all around great fighter... with speed, pop, boxing skills, defense, and chin... IDK what you see in Mathysse to make a bold statement like that but it should be a good fight... Soto is not gonna turn into Rios and go toe to toe with Mathysse for sake of getting fans excited he's never done that he will fight a safety first fight, and box is way to a UD.

 

Yup, I have Soto by UD i cannot see him taking out a very sturdy Mathysse just outbox him all night...

Mathysse beating Alexander (Soto definitely has more pop then Alexander), and almost getting to Judah has no bearing on this Soto fight who IMO has better skills then both of those guys, and more heart that judah by a mile :yep... If anything this is one of Mathysse biggest fights he's ever been in.. just Cause Soto hides out in Mexico doesn't make him a **** fighter, he is very good.. and Mathysse takes him out all the credit to him. Soto at 140 has shows he definitely still has it.

 

Humberto Soto is a very strong, fast, accurate puncher.

Lucas is the one that is gonna be steamrolled, but I respect Lucas alot for taking this fight with Soto, cause so many others (Pac, Maidana, valero, Guerrero, etc.) have ducked Soto.

 

I think Soto will be too small. His chin will see him through, but he's not big enough to do real damage, and not a star name so he shouldn't get protection on the score card.

That said, I've got a little money on the draw.

 

If Lucas wins it'll be by KO
If Soto wins it'll be by UD

 

People tend to forget that matty was boxing on fairly even terms with Alexander.
