After seeing Soto win a decision over Chavez in a rough and tumble affair, who takes the win between Soto and Katsidis?

Soto didnt seem to have the same pop at 135 and i dont think he was as fast either... but he has an iron chin and a huge heart which is needed to beat Kats.

    Who you got?

Winnable for Kats..Soto is so used to being the stronger fighter I think against a physical lightweight like Katsidas he might struggle in this regard.

But I still side with Humberto ever so slightly.

I got Katsidis in this fight for 3 reasons

    1. Rocky beat a younger Chavez in better style
    2. Rocky has a bit more power and speed
    3. Rocky wont miss as much as Chavez did while Soto sits on the ropes.

this is very important point mate... soto was getting banged hard to the body on the ropes and wouldnt be able to make the same mistake against Katsidis. His best chance is to fight on the outside and counter... something he is very good at but didnt use yesterday against Chavez

This is a great matchup...Katsidis is a sloppy fighter...Soto isn't...I'd take Soto by UD

I think it would be fun to watch. Chavez hit Soto enough to draw him into brawling occasionally. That's exactly what Katsidis would have to do to win.

Sounds like a great undercard fight for the March 13th event.
