According to Steve Kim, there's a possibility now that Humberto Soto may face Anthony Peterson on the Cotto-Pacquiao undercard. Which is a very good fight, on paper at least. But on the flipside, there's also a chance that Daniel Santos vs. Yuri Foreman could also end up on the card. atsch He also says Allan Green vs. Victor Oganov is a done deal and will headline a Shobox triple-header with Antwone Smith and Marcus Johnson rounding out the card.
Damn....Peterson-Soto would be a great fight for the fans. Santos is good, but Foreman is boring as hell. I'd watch it still. Green better beat down Oganov. There's nothing impressive about that guy when I saw him vs. Dirrell.
Unless AP has progressed leaps and bounds since I last saw him, Soto tracks him down and might even stop him late.
my intiial thought is peterson out boxes soto and i'll go this that maybe even stops him on cuts. Benoit was boxing pretty good against soto even though he got Ko'd i think peterson is alot better and will make it to 12
Peterson-Soto would indeed be sweet. Including the possibilities of Valero and Khan each making an appearance, this may end up being as good or better than the PBF-JMM PPV card.
