    Vacation or no vacation, fight wouldn't of happened because Pacquiao doesn't want to take the test.

    Whether it was agreed on 7 days or 0, both sides agreed. That's just a fact. So one of two things happened:

    Either Floyd was lying about insisting about testing until the day of the fight, because he knows USADA wouldn't test that late, so backed down to 7 days.

    Or...

    Floyd's team went behind his back and accepted 7 days, knowing full well that Mayweather wouldn't agree to it, and it would layer stop the fight.

    So it's one of those two. The fact is though, that both sides came to an agreement that they both thought was fair.
