    He's said it multiple times I'm quite sure. If Manny takes the tests he gets the fight. Not sure how that's so hard to comprehend. If Floyd agrees to anything less everyone will cry out his drug testing is BS, they already are. Smartest thing for him to do is stick to what he's said. It's a lose lose situation for him because he has so many haters. Dude said no cutoff, it's simple. Make 5 billion excuses it's still what he's required to fight him. Until he fights someone without full random blood testing you have no reason to believe it's negotiable.

    He's also said that he fights once a year well before his vacation and loss of urge but people tend to ignore that as well.

    Ridiculous. Floyd could say that he has consulted experts and is comfortable that a 10 day window is sufficient and nobody would give him a hard time. People just want to see the fight, not Floyd being consistent about his demands for no cutoff.

    There have actually been *****s citing Floyd's interview (in the gym with the sick kid) where he said he's planning to take a couple years off as evidence that backs up his current vacation. This is after Roger is on record blasting that notion as nonsense. Ignore what you want.

    Pac has gone on camera saying that he agreed to Floyd's demands. There's one source. Second, he told Michael Marley, and when told to Schaeffer, Schaeffer didn't argue it. Third, Greenburg (a completely neutral party) points the finger at Floyd for not making the fight happen. Fourth, you had Oscar saying the fight was close.

    How do you explain Floyd's actions?

    - announces on MTV that he's fighting in November
    - announces later on that it could be in Dubai

    Is he fighting? Nope.

    Floyd lies like a typical ghetto thug.

    YOUR WRONG IN YOUR INFO THOUGH...USADA TESTS UP UNTIL THE DAY OF....

    THEY MIGHT QUIT TESTING 18 DAYS IN ADVANCE OR 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE OR 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE OR 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE OR THE DAY OF OR THE DAY BEFORE..THE POINT IS THAT "THEY CAN TEST UP UNTIL THE DAY OF THE FIGHT"


    ALSO USADA DOESN'T "STOP TESTS" BECAUSE THERE ARE "NO DRUGS THAT CAN BE TAKEN WITHIN 7 DAYS" WHERE DID YOU COME UP WITH THAT?:patsch:huh

    AS FOR "NEGOTIATIONS TAKING PLACE" TO MY KNOWLEDGE THERE WAS AN AGREEMENT THAT NOTHING WOULD BE NEGOTIATED THROUGH THE MEDIA AND THATS PER ARUM..THEREFORE TEAM MAYWEATHER KEPT THEIR MOUTHS SHUT..

    NOW BACK TO0 THE THREAD..UR WRONG IN THAT USADA DOES NOT TEST 7 DAYS BEFORE AN EVENT..THAT IS A LIE, OR YOU ARE MISINFORMED...

    USADA WILL TEST UP UNTIL THE DAY OF AN EVENT AT RANDOM..THEY WONT BEND THEIR POLICIES MUCH AT ALL...

    BUT ITS FLAWED WITH WHAT YOU SAID IN REGARDS TO USADA..THEY WILL TEST UP UNTIL THE DAY OF MAN...THATS WHAT THEY DO..

    IRRELEVANT TO USADA AS TO IF A DRUG IS OUT THERE THAT CAN BE USED AND NOT OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM WITHIN 7 DAYS..

    Personally i dont think marley lied..i think manny pacquiao told him exactly what he said he was told....

    pacquiao fans trying to steer the thread away from the topic at hand.

    the new article seems like it will be interesting though. the author has a good point about how it might not even be the fighters but the teams around them that are at fault.
