    Pretty pathetic. If the last fine was a year banishment and 2,500 dollars the second ban should be triple that on both counts. 3 year ban and 7,500 dollar fine. At 46 it would end his career in all likelihood.

    Tarver may have failed the less stringent Athletic commission test done by all boxing commissions for every fight.
