Well Canelo tested dirty a couple days apart, and is now testing clean with three tests in a row coming back negative. Also the Lab director pretty much cleared Canelo of any wrong doing, surely the Lab director would not compromise his career and the reputation of the most trustworthy agency in the industry.

Man you're clueless. VADA has no power just like ALL ANTIDOPING AGENCIES. They are the logistics, they decide what tests to "ORDER" and what frequency, organize the contracted "PHLEBOTOMIST" to procur the test samples.
