Alot of boxers tried to emulate the great Ali's movement-Howard Davis,Greg Page etc.
But I don't think I've ever seen a boxer out of the southpaw stance attempt to emulate Ali's movement.
    Maybe early Michael Nunn?
Anybody ever seen a southpaw move like Ali?

Besides Michael Nunn there was also Herol Graham and early Naseem Hamed that tried to emulate Ali. Hamed definitely had a bit of Ali in him as an amateur.

I guess young Tim Witherspoon of the Holmes fight counts. Shame he let himself go.

Younger Corrie Sanders had some nifty footwork. He openly stated he admired Ali iirc.

I never saw any heavyweight, conventional or southpaw, who moved like Ali did in his prime.

How about any other weigh classes?

    Jose Legra simulated his moves.
    As did Howard Davis Jr.

But I can't think of one southpaw who even tried to copy him.
Michael Nunn is the closest I can think of.

A prime Hector Macho Camacho, with his snappy right jab and lateral movement, quick combinations.

Michael Nunn is no Muhammad Ali....but he’s as close as I’ve ever seen
