    Hi
does anyone have any combos strategy advice for southpaws! I've been traini
with the bas ruuten audio workouts and you have to reverse all the combos as you do them! Anything speciif. On combos would be great or any links to asvixe on slipping bob and weave would be great

Juanma's straight left right hook is great.

Cheers been Reading marvin hackers auto and see he pracised combos religiously! In sparring find it awkward throwing right jab and then the right hook! Getting plenty of power but it's too obvious; winding it up! Robbpilger on boxing performance streses rotating from hip every time; is there ever any scope for throwing hook without the rotation!!

I would assume that the rotation of hip is very necessary in generating power.

Absolutely great for generating power, but sometimes feel it makes me a tad predictable! Caught a great few vids on YouTube with freddie roach and he seemed to advocate throwing it quicker and with less leverage? Suppose that's why it's called the sweet science!!
