Southpaw or orthodox?

    Kinda both. I found that i throw lots of hard full throttle jabs and then my lead hand is a little uhh shattered lol so I switch stances to south paw which im better jabbing at so it makes things easier and cos im the only one in my gym who does that it confuses the hell out of the person im sparring with lol MIND ****ED!

    Southpaw but my trainer converted me to orthodox. have no problem switching back and forth.

    Totally agree, i like to throw fast right hooks from the southpaw stance as well
