Again entitled to your opinion. I don't have to agree which I don't. No you wouldn't be afraid of him shooting you. In fact you would be afraid of him kicking your azz if you called him a coward. FACT

 

I've said this a few times mate in regards to Hagler he didn't really take alot of flush punches his defence is probably the most underrated aspect about him.

Of course later in his career he was getting into wars vs Mugabi, Hearns, and I think those fights enchanced his reputation in regards to chin.

But the issue is when casuals watch those fights they think of Hagler as a blood and guts warrior who takes 2 to land 1 but that wasn't his usual style.

He was a highly skilled technical boxer who could also fight on the backfoot and box cleverly see the Briscoe fight for reference.

 

Uysk gets hit more than people think. In particular when he is not moving around as much.

 

He gets hit but takes off steam of most of the shots either by moving his head or parrying them.

 

I say Ronald 'Winky' Wright, southpaw, great defense and definitely a great boxer. You don't beat Mosley clearly twice and give Trinidad a boxing lesson if you're not a great boxer.
