atsch Spadafora arrested! Unbeaten former IBF lightweight champion Paul Spadafora was arrested Tuesday for violating a court order to stay away from Nadine Russo. Police were investigating a stolen vehicle that was allegedly in Russo's possession when they found Spadafora on the scene. Russo, Spadafora's former fiance and the mother of his child, was shot in the chest by the boxer in October 2003 for which he spent 13 months in prison. She had been granted a "protection-of-abuse order" from Spadafora, who had just resumed his career last week. Wednesday, April 30 2008

Way to blindly jump the gun taking ****:-( They arent pressing charges on Spadafora but he was in violation of a judges no contact order. All he did was be in the hotel with her. In other words slept and SLEPT with his sons mother after a fight. There was no abuse, violence, or otherwise. They responded to a stolen car report and found the car, which Ms Russo had apparently borrowed an not returned on time. If it isnt obvious that she's just as involved? If not more in this? Go get some sleep you need it. BTW? They have a son together and this type of situation was almost inevitable. Sad to see some of the guy's jumping the gun:verysad :verysad
Well O.K. Fair point but he did shoot her awhile back. Better to "jump the gun" than actually use one on a loved one because they dented your S.U.V.

Is alcohol and drub abuse issues, the drug abuse STARTED when she was in his life. Eventually that caught up to him, had him ****ing wacked out, she wrecked the Hummer, he gets pissed and starts screaming, she pulls the gun on him, and in the scuffle it goes off hitting her in the side of the chest. They've had a kid and all his other legal issues have been around those original issues. STILL!! He didnt do anything wrong except see her this time. There's complete differences of beating and raping consistently and one night of out of his mind hell. There is undoubtedly a nightmarish side to this relationshi[p and it takes 2 to go through all this ****. He aint no Tony Ayala, but you could be an ass hole:yep
