    In a Spanish Interview with UNIVISION, the reporter asked Cotto:

    Listen, we have all heard it that you let top rank do its thing but we all know that you also have a say in it behind the scenes, what are you asking from Top Rank or What are your intentions after Margarito.

    Cotto replied: Well, I honestly would like to UNIFY the TITLES and the be UNDISPUTED CHAMPION at 147 and will be looking forward to doing this soon.

    When Cotto had gone to the REPUBLICA DEPORTIVA studios a few months back, he was flirting very strongly with one of their DIVA reporters, well she asked him to send her a kiss and Cotto gave the reporter a kiss goodbye on the cheek... and gave a shoot out to the lady on camara..

    anyways i don't see it happening. The IBF especially. Judah has already been done and I don't think Arum would want Clottey vs Cotto

    why not have clottey vs cotto? cotto could win that fight...itta be a tough one but i think cotto could edge him out...if williams stays at 47 i wanna see williams vs cotto eventually!

    Because Clottey and Cotto are both under Top Rank and Arum wouldn't want to ruin his up and coming fighters chance at some good money (clottey)

    It seems that we have been talking a lot about hunger here. While Margarito is hungry to become a champion, Cotto is hungry to become a bigger champion. I say that the fight will be well contested but because he is younger and still well in his prime, Cotto wins this fight to go on to bigger and better things.

    Actually, that is the plan if a DLH mega fight doesnt happen. It might even take place in Puerto Rico. This is if Clottley wins of course, if Zab wins I dont think many would want that.

    I actually wouldn't mind a second fight between Cotto and Judah.. If Cotto wants to unify, he'll fight either Judah or Clottey for the title.. If it happens to be Clottey, then I think Arum would hold for that fight while Clottey would get a rematch with Margarito or even a fight with Berto and a maybe a fight between Cotto/Williams, thus having both his fighters holding the titles and then letting them duke it out in a unification bout..

    I don't think Clottey vs Cotto would sell much and imagine if Clottey beats Cotto what a wrench in Cotto's career that would be.

    Yeah, I seriously doubt what I said will happen.. Was just trying to think like Arum.. Williams could be moving up to 154 and thus vacate the WBO title which Cotto could fight for..

    I can see this happening. Cotto clearly wants to face the best of the Welterweight division and that's all anybody can ask for.

    Clottey is not a strong puncher...Cotto would steam roll through him like he did Quintana...and Quintana had more power.
