[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RpecVLil2sA"]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RpecVLil2sA [/ame] This is in the same day, different guy, taller and a really big reach. Took me a while to get down the reach and timming P.S. I have only been training for 9 months
Firstly you seem to be dropping your hands alot, if you were fighting someone that really new what they were doing you would have copped it everytime you hands went down, secondly you seem to be spending allot of time moving back. this may be due to the other guy having more reach but don't be affaid to draw him in and attack the body if he is taller. apart from that pritty ood considering you have only been training for nine months.
It dosent look you guys really know what you are doing. Maybe you should sign in some gym and learn basics
:good Swinging wide. Swinging with the arms only. Your guard is really loose, even the other novice was able to land some decent shots on your face with his wild swings.
yea, i do go to a gym, and there's no wild swings from me so yea, if you're gonna give criticism at least make it valid :hi:
Under no circumstances is this bad for nine months. You need to learn to fight inside though, which you will need a headgear for due to headbutts. Gotta stand your ground. You did it during his exchange at between :55 to :58 but then you should counter with your own flurry instead of backing off. There is no way that I know of as a smaller fighter that you will beat a guy with reach by retreating.
I guess maybe it's a mid-long range hook then. :!: The angle isn't the greatest but I'm just going from what I can tell off a 2min youtube video.
