when are people going to realize these threads always end terribly? You think a site that calls someone like Roy Jones a glass jawed joke and Manny Pacquiao a PED-Using, plodder-fighting disgrace is going to give you positive, constructive feedback?
Except that it's not boxing sparring, it's backyard sparring. Post a video of you racing a tricycle on a formula one board and you'll get similar results.
I like what I see, you have the style of the kind of fighters I like to watch. Keep us up to date with videos and I'll offer what advice I can(Backyard boxing experience here only, though I fought in a few clubs/toughmans) I trained at a gym in my teen years but I have more experience training myself. It's noteworthy how you take those shots without flinching..but don't discover that you have a chin and then forget to defend yourself. The goal is to not get hit!

Seriously, you have let far worse vids and posts stay in the Training Forum. You allow people sparring in there 2ft sq bedrooms if i remember correctly, also others using equipment in or outside there properties. Is the video great ? No. Are they for real ? I dont know... Am presuming you have judged the poster on his previous input/posts....and this has been your conclusion, Lounge fodder. If they amount to him being just a fud.......then fair enough. If not.........then you are a fud.
:nono - come on - this is a young lad - who really has posted this vid - of him showing some promise and talent - but he is green and needs some advice. what kind of impression of the forum does this give the young lad ?
I have to say........... RDJ I do feel it was a poor decsion to move it to the lounge Cos the lad really is seeking advice - and the training thread is the place where he will get it. And by moving it to the lounge exposes his thread to the kind of ******s and cowards who get off on just slagging off proper real life boxers off behind their keyboards.
