Sparring parnter for Miranda to prepare for Ward

    Who would you consider a good sparring partner for Miranda to prepare for this fight?

    As far as I know contracts have not been signed but they have verbally agreed to all the details. Considering it is 6 weeks out, I would say it is pretty set.

    Shopuld be completely set before you actually start training for a guy.

    Interesting. Codrington I'd say is similiar is size and build I guess. He def. hits hard (is this maybe what Pantera wants to get used to?), but Codrington does NOT play defense at all that I've seen. Just flat out buckin'.

    Matter of fact, shows some balls on Codrington to even spar with Miranda in a controlled environment. Seems like he'd end up like David Banks on the first go though.....LOL.

    Ward....makes me think slick, fast, and pretty good power. Not sure about just how good he defensively, but I'd guess he's a hell of a lot better than Jaidon.

    I agree with what you said earlier, Allan Green would have been real good. But if you can't get him, what you gonna' do? I prolly sellin' Jaidon a little short here too.

    PLUS....If Allan Green and Edison were even goin' to spar, ****, they ought to sell tickets to that ****. Seem like they'd still have some heat left from their fight.

    He hasnt started sparring... I just heard they were talking about Codrington. Sparring would probably start a week from Monday. I am sure they will bring in 2-3 people anyway.

    Who would you say is good sparring?

    he should try and get some sparring with mundine
    that would help pantera out alot

    a couple inches short but got similar reach
    he is fast, experianced well schooled fighter

    more dangerous than ward
