    both of u guys looked solid but , but try to not brawl ; control/keep the distance ; more lateral movement and try to throw your shots more reckoned and not wild.

    I like very much your left hook to the body . I saw that your right hand is very effective. Try to work more and improve your straight right hand. A very good combo which I saw at you and it worked well IMO , was : left hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head and then straight right hand to the head. ( if you can double it would be very good then you should retreat yourself and control the distance with your jab ). Also you should work more on your jab to make it more stiffer and sharper.

    what is your height ?

    Alot of what you guys stated are quite advanced, when he could still improve more on the basics

    This was awesome sparring video! I'm a southpaw so I know few things I'm weak against a orthodox.

    Most of the time keep your lead foot outside of a southpaw and jabs while circling to the right.

    Also, try throwing a straight right to the body, then left body following the straight right.

    I think you're doing great and keep your hands up and chin down, and just keep training. I hope to see more of your sparring videos.
