Nice. You load up on your punches a lot, which makes you less fast than you can be IMO. You also have a good jab but you don't use it very often.

Thanks, I enjoyed that. Both of you are very skilled. From what I see your best punch is the left hook to the body. An underrated punch, especially in the amateurs. Points to improve on:
    • When you get hit, you seem to freeze up a bit. Not mentally or in the sense of being hurt, but you kind of stay in the harm's way when you don't need to anymore.
    • You look very powerful, but I think you'd score more points under amateur rules by sacrificing a bit of power at the gain of speed and stamina.
    • Your uppercut worked quite well when throwing it from the outside. Why not use it more on the inside?
    • The jab.

Still, you're good and have a lot of potential, being only 18.

By the way, I very much like the slip & counter move of your sparring partner at 2:33. Sorry. :D

Why the hell are u sparring with 10 oz gloves? As i see it wasnt really light sparring session.
With this kinda of gloves you aint exactly aiming for longetivity.

Not just for amateur judges, you can use faster lighter punches to set up the big punches. You're fast and seem to pack quite a punch by the looks of it, but you're focused on landing hard a bit too much I think.

When you throw the hook to the body, get your left shoulder lower. I would suggest doing this by rolling your right shoulder forward first. If that makes sense.
