Ok, so today my trainer had me spar, except only to the body. I think I did well *I landed more shots and such* but, I knew even before my trainer told me that my form was off. Instead of bending down, I got really low. I was wondering, what type of exercises could I do to get used to going to just the body. I do fine when it's normal sparring, but yeah. I seem to try to keep my hands low and not put my body into my punches.
