I hear you bro Work is of course important and i've been flat out. My before work morning conditioning stuff is always great but by the end of the day i am stuffed. Once i'm at training i'm usually alright, but my energy levels, both mental and physical are not optimal
I feel the same way some times when I spar rite after work, Usually helps me is that I have to eat something after work before I work-out! Every one has bad days in the gym, just gotta dig deep.
