Sparring/training after long day of work...

    Great stuff. Cereal in the morn hmmm...I only eat cereal in the morning on the weekends, gonna start trying that during the work week now.

    Work is of course important and i've been flat out.

    My before work morning conditioning stuff is always great but by the end of the day i am stuffed. Once i'm at training i'm usually alright, but my energy levels, both mental and physical are not optimal

    I feel the same way some times when I spar rite after work, Usually helps me is that I have to eat something after work before I work-out! Every one has bad days in the gym, just gotta dig deep.
