Price was on hold with most in the UK due to his chin. it didn't prove to be solid in the amateurs, and it certainly didn't prove to be solid as a Pro either.

Froch was held onto all night by Ward so that "win" is soiled for me. and Froch is about as far away as you can get to being a hype job.

Lewis is a hype job as well?

Hatton only lost to one American in Floyd. and we all know about Cortez in that. plus, Hatton wasn't a hype job either.

    who the hell hyped Witter???

Khan was hyped up, but he's got a pretty impressive resume. he only has 1 loss to an American. Peterson was on drugs and he didn't win the fight on my card. corruption was definitely at play there.

all in all, your response didn't stand up to your original post. by a long way. :deal

 it's the other way round. Broner can't fight on the front foot to save his life. Brook would give him a whupping. :deal

Kell Brook has no one on his resume that makes me think he beats Broner. He is not strong enough nor does he box good enough to beat a guy like Broner.

Terrific assessment assassin, the stylistic match up is all wrong for Broner, Brook can catapult himself to superstar status in America with a relatively easy nights work.

My original post is that we've seen plenty of hyped up Brits get their asses handed to them by top level Americans. That doesn't mean they're hypejobs, it means exactly what I wrote. And stop making pathetic excuses. Hatton got his ass knocked out and Froch was throughly outclassed. Brook has yet to step out of the realm of B and C level fighters. We'll see what happens when he takes on a top level American.

    Ricky Hatton. Carl Froch.

Both were/are the very best the UK has had to offer recently and both were thoroughly dominated when they took on the best American at the time.

    Deal with it.

One might also add Amir Khan, who was stopped in brutal fashion by Danny Garcia.

Who gives a flying **** if Ward's win was "soiled" for you? The rest of the boxing world-- ie those of us with a pair of eyes-- saw a thorough outclassing.

But I do see what you're doing, here, slick. When presented with an example of a Brit that got outclassed, you simply invalidate it by blaming the ref, the tactics of the American fighter ect.

    How very original.

Brook is a little ***** who's terrified of Americans since Carson Jones whooped on him.

He ducked outta two title fights against Bradley and Alexander. He don't want none of Broner. He'd probably duck a million dollar payday with Floyd..

Mayweather, Bradley, Alexander, Broner = ownage of WW

I'd put money on Thurman winning a title before Brook.

Man Brook just is not very good. he has no ring iq and doesn't fight with any passion or urgency, you get the feeling he doesn't want to be there.

Broners resume is nothing special but it's good for a youngin and at 22 it's already far better than Brooks pathetic run.

Broner would beat him with ease. Brook is barely top 10 WW material, he almost lost to Carson Jones.

Keith Thurman, Broner, JMM, Mayweather, Pac, Alexander, Bradley, Guerrero, Ortiz, Berto, Khan, Maidana all beat him.....

140 pounders that beat him include Matthysse, Garcia, Peterson, Provodnikov, Judah.

Brook vs the likes of Paulie, Josesito, Abregu, Zaveck, Mayfield is 50/50

Brook is also known to be a closet homo btw

lol now brook is fighting the eurobum that got stopped by malignaggi at home and was losing to a shot to **** Hatton! and this is supposed to be his big step up vs a top welterweight.......they obviously know his limitations with this embarrassing display of matchmaking.

    How did the rematch go?

His previous promoter said Kell turned down Mike Jones (when he was unbeaten) & a 154lb title fight with Bundrage.

He's won 4 title eliminators without fighting for a belt which must be a record

The problem with Kell is the welterweight division is the richest in boxing. All the top guys want Floyd or Manny.
