Can anyone recommend the best way/method to learn how to use a speed ball? I mean, how they would recommend a beginner to start off? I'm pish!
Does the speed bad really actually do much for you? Never really saw the point? I mean its not how you actual punch so how does it improve hand speed? Or is it more about the coordination?
Do people in other places actually use the terms "speed ball" or "press-up" instead of speedbag and pushup or are they just trying to be different?
