Speedball alternative?

SO the speedball is popped at our gym and i dont think there going to replace for a while as they have very poor funding. SO what alternative is there to at home? Apart from a speedbag and slip bag as i got no space to put them

 

Make one. They're only an inflated ball with a backboard hanging from a bracket.

 

Hit the testacles of a very large person repeatidly.

 

Just shadowbox for the time being (with weights preferably). Win points with your trainer and go out and buy a replacement.

 

u n someone else posted something about a speedBALL, i only heard of it as a speedBAG, but then u put something about the speedbag in ur question. what is the difference? but neways...i don't even understand ur question...

And i dont think theres a difference between a speedball and bag just different names
My question is what alternative is there to a speedbag

 

we dont even have a speed ball and we are doing fine.

 

So really speed ball is not a important part in boxing training?
Just a good addition?
